I’d even argue that would mean your personality hasn’t developed/evolved enough yet to take any recreational substance and still able to manage your life. And then there are people that no matter how old they get or how much mental energy they put towards changing themselves that they will forever have an addictive personality that cannot successfully function on any substance. Ask yourself this (if you are having trouble): Do you just need time and set yourself limits? Or is it that no matter what you do you’re just better off without it because of who you will always be?
The point is: it’s you not the drug. There are successful people that function on pot everyday. If you can’t do it, either make the changes in your life to be successful or stop. Don’t blame the drug for faults in your personality. (Sorry for being an asshole about it)
